On most estates the harvest gets handled twice. Once into the field truck, and again out of the field truck and up into the mill lorry or collection bin. That second lift is manual, it is slow, and it is where backs get hurt.

The X-900 has a hydraulic scissor jacklift that raises the whole bed from 3.5 ft to 7 ft. At 7 ft the bed clears the side of a standard Malaysian FFB collection lorry, so the load tips straight in. No ramp. No platform. No second crew. The truck that brought the fruit out of the block is the truck that loads the lorry.

If your operation has a defined loading point — a roadside collection bay, a mill ramp, a bin station — this is the model that changes your labour maths.

How the X-900 unloads

Two stages. The scissor jacklift raises the bed to the height you need, anywhere from 3.5 ft to 7 ft. The hydraulic tipper then tilts it. Both are powered; the operator stays on the machine.

For work that only ever tips at ground level, the X-800 gives you the same one-button hydraulic tipping without the lift mechanism, and the X-600 does it manually for less again.

Independent testing

A sample of the BYSON X-900 Jacklift has been independently tested by an accredited Malaysian testing laboratory for performance and stability. The test report covers that tested sample only and does not extend to the X-600 or X-800.

What was tested on that sample:

• Static load of 1,000 kg, held at 0° for 24 hours and at 12° for 3 hours
• Manoeuvrability at 1,000 kg on tarmac, level and on a 12° slope
• Manoeuvrability at 700 kg off-road on uneven ground at 12°
• Lift and hill-climb performance at 1,000 kg
• Brake stopping distance from 19 km/h: 7.2 m dry, 7.9 m wet
• Noise: 83.4 dB(A) at idle, 93.4 dB(A) at full throttle

The full test report is available on request for corporate, FELDA, RISDA or RSPO procurement. Note that the rated safe working load for day-to-day operation is 500–700 kg — the 1,000 kg figure is a static test result, not a working payload.

Warranty

BYSON-built trucks are warranted against manufacturing defects: 1 year on the body, chassis and bucket; 1 year on the diesel engine; 6 months on the gearbox; and 6 months on the battery. Excludes overloading beyond the rated capacity, misuse or accident damage, normal wear and consumables (tyres, belts, clutch lining, brakes, filters, seals), lack of servicing, non-genuine parts and unauthorised repair. Malaysia only, non-transferable.

Lead time and delivery

Production lead time is typically 2 to 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed, depending on configuration. Delivery within Malaysia takes 1 to 7 days, including Sabah and Sarawak. Export shipping is available — ask us for a destination quote.

Spare parts and service

Hydraulic components, seals, cylinders and every other wear part are stocked in Kluang, with same-week dispatch across Malaysia. Hydraulic seals should be inspected at every 200-hour service — catching a weeping seal early costs far less than a cylinder rebuild.
