One button empties the load

That is the difference between the X-800 and the X-600, and on a high-cycle estate it is the difference that pays for the machine. The X-600 unloads by hand: pull the lever, release the door, tip the carrier. The X-800 does the same job with a battery-operated hydraulic motor. The operator presses one button and the bed tilts.

On two or three trips a day that saves a few minutes. On ten or fifteen trips a day it changes how tired your operator is at 4pm, and how many rounds he can still do. Estates running daily collection cycles are the reason this model exists.

How the X-800 unloads

Same proven rear pivot drop as the X-600 — the carrier tilts at the back and the harvest drops out — but powered instead of manual. No hand lever, no manual door release, no climbing down to wrestle a full bucket. The bed returns under its own power, so the operator is moving again immediately.

Unloading is at ground level. If you need to tip into something higher — a mill lorry bin, a collection trailer, a processing hopper — that is the X-900 Jacklift, which raises the bed from 3.5 ft to 7 ft.

Who the X-800 is for

• Oil palm estates on daily collection rounds — where cycle time and operator fatigue decide how much FFB reaches the collection point before the day ends
• Rubber estates — latex buckets and coagulated sheet, repeated stops, frequent unloading
• Durian and mixed-fruit orchards — a controlled powered tilt is gentler on fruit than a manual drop
• Any operation running more than about eight trips a day, where the hydraulic upgrade earns back its cost in labour

If your rounds are shorter and manual unloading is acceptable, the X-600 Standard is the more economical choice and carries more on flat ground.

Warranty

BYSON-built trucks are warranted against manufacturing defects: 1 year on the body, chassis and bucket; 1 year on the diesel engine; 6 months on the gearbox; and 6 months on the battery. Excludes overloading beyond the rated capacity, misuse or accident damage, normal wear and consumables (tyres, belts, clutch lining, brakes, filters, seals), lack of servicing, non-genuine parts and unauthorised repair. Malaysia only, non-transferable.

Lead time and delivery

Production lead time is typically 2 to 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed, depending on configuration. Delivery within Malaysia takes 1 to 7 days, including Sabah and Sarawak. Export shipping is available — ask us for a destination quote.
